Alayna is a member of the Mann Lawyers Employment Law Group, where she focuses on employment, human rights, and labour law. Her goal is to find a dignified and practical resolution for clients where possible and desired. Having a firm command of the law in these areas means Alayna can serve her clients well, keeping in mind their unique needs and the challenging dynamic of workplace and service sector disputes. She is comfortable with both negotiating and litigating, and has the skills to navigate the full extent of alternative dispute resolution and legal proceedings for employees, employers, and unions. Alayna offers a creative and insightful approach and recognizes the importance of being responsive to her clients.
